Traditional Cannoli Parfaits
Cannoli parfaits are just as easy as they are delicious. Simply layer cannoli crumbs or chips with your favorite cannoli filling, chocolate chips and any other toppings, and you've got an easy to make dessert that everyone will love.
We opted for something classic with these parfaits, and used crushed cannoli shells, mini chocolate chips and our traditional cannoli cream
These cannoli parfait can be made in your favorite cups or glasses. We like these tall narrow ones that really show off the layers. Great for dinner parties, or Sunday brunch, these can be made in advance and refrigerated so getting fresh cannoli flavor and crunch (no soggy shells here) is easy!
We recommend separating the layers of crumbs and cream with chocolate chips, dried fruit or candied nuts to keep the shell as crisp as possible. Customize these with different mix ins, cannoli chip flavors, or even different creams. Check out our springy recipe for key lime pie parfait's here!
