What could possibly be better than pairing our crunchy cannoli shells with our creamy, sweet ricotta filling? Nothing. Super smooth, with hints of vanilla, our Traditional Cannoli Cream is so good you'll want to eat it by the spoonful.

Our filling is shipped frozen, in easy to use disposable pastry bags. Simply defrost, and you're ready to fill cannoli and more! An individual bag of cannoli cream fill approximately 16 large cannoli shells or 40 small shells. There are six 2.5 lb bags of filling per case.
