What allergens are present in your warehouse?
Wheat, Egg, Soy, Milk are the only allergens present in our warehouse. We do not cross contaminate and all of our allergens are labeled on individual products. Our entire facility is peanut and tree nut free. For more information on or certifications look here

We ship to the US and Canada.

What is the shelf life?
Unfilled Shells: dry/ frozen 365 days
Filled Shells: 3 days refrigerated
Fillings: 365 days frozen; 10 days after thaw (must be kept in the fridge)
Chips: dry/ frozen 365 days
How should I store cannoli shells?
Our unfilled cannoli shells should be stored in an air tight container, just like you would store ice cream cones. We do not recommend refrigerating them because with constant temperature changes the shells can lose their color. However, filled shells should be kept in the fridge until served. Filled shells last up to three days in the fridge.
How do I make a filled cannoli/ serve for a party?
Pipe the ricotta filling into each end of the shell no more than one hour prior to serving. Garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or anything your heart desires. Keep refrigerated and enjoy! See our guide HERE.
Do you have coupons?
We do not have coupons, however we sometimes have discount codes posted on our social media- keep an eye out!
How many shells will a case of filling fill?
A case of filling is 15 lbs of ricotta. It contains (6) 2.5lb pastry bags.
Each 2.5 lb pastry bag will approximately fill the following:
16 Large 5” Shells
40 Small 3” Shells
48 Super Small 2” Shells
Do I need to be home to receive the cannoli?
No. UPS will leave the cooler for you in our tightly sealed cooler at the location you specify when ordering. The cannoli will be safe and frozen until you get home. Please note that Golden Cannoli is not responsible for spoiled products if left outside for an extended period of time.
Where do you ship?
We ship to every address in the United States. Note that we can not ship to PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses, it is a UPS shipping policy. Shipping to international locations is not available at this time. Check back for updates on international shipments. Please ensure that you input correct shipping information when ordering. Golden Cannoli is not responsible for product going to an incorrect address due to misinformation provided on ordering page.
