Unfilled Shells: dry/ frozen 365 days

Filled Shells: 3 days refrigerated

Fillings: 365 days frozen; 10 days after thaw (must be kept in the fridge)

Chips: dry/ frozen 365 days

Our unfilled cannoli shells should be stored in an air tight container, just like you would store ice cream cones. We do not recommend refrigerating them because with constant temperature changes the shells can lose their color. However, filled shells should be kept in the fridge until served. Filled shells last up to three days in the fridge. 

Pipe the ricotta filling into each end of the shell no more than one hour prior to serving. Garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or anything your heart desires. Keep refrigerated and enjoy! For a step by step guide, look HERE
